Seaview Townhomes are comprised of forty units, that were built in the mid 1970s by Butler Housing. These two and three story homes have 1,510 to 1,910 square feet, two to three bedrooms, and two to three baths. Each home has a two-car garage. Amenities include a community swimming pool, heated spa, and tennis court. Streets that run through this neighborhood include La Esperanza, Vista Encanta, and Vista Del Ponto.

Public education is maintained by the Capistrano Unified School District, which features award winning facilities such as Concordia Elementary School, Shorecliffs Middle School, and San Clemente High School. There are many advanced placement courses and an International Baccalaureate (IB) program at the high school. Students can take flexible classes through the Capistrano Connections Academy, a virtual public K-12 school. Residents may also choose a private school like Our Lady of Fatima Parish School, Our Savior’s Lutheran School, and Talega Preparatory Academy.

Seaview is within walking distance to the beaches, as well as local boutiques and upscale restaurants. Shopping centers include the Ocean View Plaza Shopping Center, Plaza Pacifica, and the Outlets at San Clemente, which feature 70 merchants like Starbucks and Tommy Hilfiger. The golf enthusiast will be happy with the Shorecliff Golf Club to the northwest, and the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course to the southwest.
